Our Services ( Free of cost )

1.  Arbitration Services  :  As a part of Arbitration Services, we provide an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to parties with a neutral forum to hear the case and resolve their conflicts outside of traditional court proceedings to make a binding decision. Arbitration offers advantages such as flexibility, confidentiality, expertise of arbitrators, and potentially faster resolution compared to litigation. It is commonly used in commercial disputes, international trade, construction contracts, and other areas where parties prefer a more private and specialized resolution process.

2.  Grievance Redressal :  As a part of Grievance Redressal, we address and resolve complaints, concerns, or grievances raised by individuals or entities who feel aggrieved by a particular action, decision, or behavior. We provide a fair and accessible avenue for individuals to seek resolution and obtain justice.

Our Grievance redressal involves the following steps:

                 i.  Complaint Submission: The aggrieved party submits their complaint, either in writing or through an established channel, providing details of the issue, parties involved, and any supporting evidence or documentation.

ii.  Review and Investigation: The complaint is thoroughly reviewed and investigated by the designated authority or grievance redressal cell. This may involve gathering additional information, interviewing relevant parties, and examining any relevant documents or evidence.

iii.  Resolution and Remedies: Based on the findings of the investigation, the authority responsible for grievance redressal determines an appropriate resolution. This may involve corrective actions, compensation, policy changes, disciplinary measures, or any other necessary remedies to address the grievance.

iv.  Communication and Feedback: The decision or outcome of the grievance redressal process is communicated to the complainant, providing them with an explanation of the resolution and any actions taken. Feedback is often sought from the complainant to evaluate the effectiveness of the redressal process.

3.  Legal Support : Our legal support will encompass a wide range of services, including legal advice, document preparation, representation in court proceedings, contract drafting and review, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Our legal support plays a crucial role in ensuring that individuals and organizations understand their rights and obligations, make informed decisions, and protect their interests within the framework of the law. Our in-house legal professionals will assist and guide individuals or organizations in navigating the complexities of the legal system and addressing legal issues.

    4.  Pre and post-marital counselling :

We provide Pre and post-marital counselling which is a therapeutic support provided to couples before and after they get married. These counselling services aim to help couples build a strong foundation for their relationship, enhance communication skills, and navigate potential challenges.

              I.  Pre-marital counselling:

Pre-marital counselling is offered to engaged couples to prepare them for the realities and responsibilities of married life.

It focuses on topics such as effective communication, conflict resolution, financial management, family dynamics, and expectations within the marriage.

Pre-marital counselling helps couples identify and address potential areas of concern, establish shared goals and values, and develop healthy relationship habits.

              II.  Post-marital counselling:

Post-marital counselling is provided to couples after they have entered into a marital relationship.

It assists couples in addressing issues that may arise during the early stages of marriage, such as adjustments to living together, role expectations, intimacy, parenting, and managing conflicts.

Post-marital counselling aims to enhance relationship satisfaction, promote understanding, strengthen emotional bonds, and provide tools for long-term relationship success.

Both pre and post-marital counselling can be conducted by licensed therapists, counsellors, psychologists, or relationship experts. These services offer a safe and supportive environment for couples to explore their concerns, learn effective relationship skills, and develop strategies to nurture a healthy and fulfilling marriage.

5. We also conduct programs to ease off stress among the litigants for judicial detoxification.
